Rigo’ Chef Patron Gonzalo Luzarraga welcomes Michelin-starred Chef Eugenio Boer for an exclusive four-hand Italian dinner. Jetting in from Milan for two nights only, Gonzalo and Eugenio will perform alongside one another for an unforgettable collaborative dinner. Drawing on the culinary influences of the Italy's Piedmont and Sicily regions, as well as taking inspiration from the chefs' childhoods in the Basque country, Chile and the Netherlands, the focus of the 8 course tasting menu will above all be on exceptional seasonal produce.
