Native, nestled in London’s Covent Garden, is brainchild of Ivan Tisdall-Downes and Imogen Davies. Their very first restaurant venture, Native’s philosophy is to provide an innovative dining experience with the use of predominantly British, wild and foraged produce. Native attempts to use entirely British produce, using locally sourced food and micro farms, their dishes intend to reflect indigenous Britain in a way that fried breakfasts and fish and chips don’t.
